四 高壓清洗機(jī)的用途 Application of the High-pressure Cleaning Machine

五 安全預(yù)防Safety Precautions

1. 為防止意外事件發(fā)生而且確保操作人、旁觀者以及周圍機(jī)械安全，應(yīng)在附近放置一些警示牌或采取安全防范措施。把機(jī)器視為一個(gè)高速切削的工具。

To guard against accidents and ensure the safety of operators, bystanders and surrounding machinery, warning signs should be placed nearby or take preventive measures. The machine should be seen as a high-speed cutting tool.

2. 請(qǐng)不要讓孩子、行為障礙人士或沒有閱讀安全操作手冊(cè)的人操作機(jī)器。

Children, people with behavior disorder or those who have not read this manual are forbidden to operate this machine.

3. 不要使用可燃性和劇毒性的溶液等易燃易爆的液體作為清潔劑。

Do not use flammable and highly toxic solution as cleaning agent.

4. 不要在下雨時(shí)室外使用、用濕手觸摸插頭或插座、在電源線損壞的情況下使用清洗機(jī)有電擊危險(xiǎn)。

Do not use the plug or socket outdoors on raining days or touch them with a wet hand; there will be a shock hazard when using the cleaning machine if the power cord is damaged.

For the sake of the safety of cleaning workers, check accessories for insulation of the machine and circuits before use . If you find any problem, do not start the machine and carry out a repair.

8. 當(dāng)使用清潔設(shè)備和它的配件時(shí)候，注意保護(hù)眼睛，否則飛濺物質(zhì)會(huì)對(duì)眼睛產(chǎn)生傷害。

When using the cleaning equipment and its accessories, pay attention to eye protection, otherwise, splashing substances may hurt your eyes.

When using the equipment, operators must wear protective clothing and shoes to avoid any possible injury. Do not point the high pressure gun to yourself. Do not clean clothes or shoes with high-pressure water.

10. 必須讓旁觀者遠(yuǎn)離工作范圍預(yù)防危險(xiǎn)發(fā)生。

Bystanders must keep away from the working area, for fear of any risk.

11. 不要噴向身體或動(dòng)物，高壓力水會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重的傷害。

Do not spray to a person or animal, high-pressure water may cause serious injury.

12. 不要對(duì)有電的儀器或機(jī)器本身噴水。

Do not spray water to electrical equipment or the machine itself.

13. 當(dāng)修理或維護(hù)設(shè)備和更換配件的時(shí)候確定機(jī)器已被關(guān)掉，而且電線需與電源分開。

Be sure the machine has been switched off and the power cord separated with the power supply when repairing or maintaining the equipment or replacing accessories,

六 在設(shè)備操作過程中的規(guī)定Provisions for Operation of the Equipment

1. 使用和維護(hù)手冊(cè)，作為清洗機(jī)不可分割的一部分應(yīng)該保管好以備將來查詢，如果您賣掉設(shè)備，手冊(cè)應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)交給新的擁有者。

As an integral part of the cleaning machine, the manual for use and maintenance should be taken with care for future reference. If the equipment is sold out, the manual should be handed over to the new owner.

2. 在起動(dòng)清洗機(jī)之前，確認(rèn)水源擰開且已經(jīng)供水。在沒有水的情況下運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)備會(huì)損壞水封．

Be sure the water supply is prepared and available before starting the cleaning machine. Water seal may be damaged when running the equipment in the absence of water.

3. 不要用拉電線的方法拔插頭。

Do not pull the power cord while trying to pull out the plug.

4. 如果您離清洗機(jī)的物體太遠(yuǎn)，不要用拉高壓軟管/電源線的方法移動(dòng)清洗機(jī)使用。

If you are too far away from the object to be cleaned, do not try to move the cleaning machine by pulling the high-pressure hose or power cord.

5. 在冬季防止清洗機(jī)結(jié)冰．

The cleaning machine should be protected from freezing in winter.

6. 不要在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)水流角度。

Do not adjust the angle of water current while the machine is running.

7. 加長(zhǎng)線的截面積必須與它的長(zhǎng)度相適應(yīng)。比如加長(zhǎng)線越長(zhǎng)截面積越大：

The cross-sectional area of an extension cord must be commensurate with its length, e.g. the longer the extension cord is, the greater its cross-sectional area should be.

8. 不要在高壓軟管損壞的情況下使用清洗機(jī)。

Do not use the cleaning machine while the high pressure hose is damaged.

9. 水機(jī)的位置應(yīng)盡可能的靠近水源。

The cleaning machine should be placed as close to the water supply as possible .

10. 包裝材料必須按照所在國(guó)法律規(guī)定放在指定的回收地點(diǎn)。

Packaging materials must be collected and stored at the designated place for recycling, as stipulated by Chinese laws.

11. 清洗機(jī)只能使用經(jīng)制造商授權(quán)的附件和零件，原裝附件和零件能提供安全、無故障的操作。

Only the accessories and parts authorized by the manufacturer can be installed in the cleaning machine. The authorized accessories and parts can ensure safe, trouble-free operation.

12. 嚴(yán)禁修改或改變安全閥的參數(shù)。爆炸危險(xiǎn)。

It is strictly prohibited to modify or change the parameters of the safety valve. Risk of explosion.

13. 嚴(yán)禁改變噴嘴的原始直徑。

It is strictly prohibited to change the original diameter of the nozzle.

Check whether the parameter plate is fixed onto the equipment, if not, inform your dealer. It is forbidden to use any equipment with which no parameter plate is provided, because they might have not been recognized and there are potential hazards in them.

It is strictly forbidden to leave the cleaning machine unattended.

17. 所有電源接觸點(diǎn)必須防水。

All the contact points of the power supply must be waterproof.

As agreed with the local water supplier, according to the standard DIN1988, if a check valve is set in the water supply pipeline, the cleaning machine must be installed in the main supply pipe.

21. 維護(hù)修理電器部件必須由安全人員進(jìn)行。事故危險(xiǎn)。

Maintenance and repair of electrical components must be carried out by safety personnel. Risk of accident.

七 安全防護(hù)服裝 Protective Suits

操作者和在附近做其他工作人員均應(yīng)穿戴下面的防護(hù)性裝置和服裝：

Operators and other workers in the vicinity should wear the following protective devices and suits:

1. 眼睛保護(hù)— 操作員必須穿著面罩和護(hù)目鏡以預(yù)防水沫和飛散的碎片。應(yīng)配戴合適的護(hù)目鏡和面罩，兩者可在高壓水沖洗時(shí)保護(hù)眼睛和面部不受傷害。

Eye protection - operators must wear masks and goggles to guard against foam and flying debris. Suitable goggles and mask should be wore to protect eyes and face against injury while high-pressure cleaning is carried out.

2. 頭部保護(hù)— 在工作區(qū)域內(nèi)的人員必須配戴安全帽。

Head protection - personnel within the work area must wear safety helmets.

3. 安全帽材料— 必須是可以抗機(jī)械沖擊力(10級(jí)重力,8米/秒)并且無破損的材料。(10G in 8 m/s)

Helmet material - capable of resisting mechanical impact (gravity grade 10,  8 m /s) without damage. (10G in 8 m/s)

Hand protection - operators must wear anti-cut gloves at any time, gloves lining must be compact enough to guard water against ingress.

5. 腳的保護(hù)— 安全鞋鞋頭必需帶有至少0.5mm厚鋼材質(zhì)罩以保護(hù)腳趾，鞋頭必須至少覆蓋整只鞋的30% 長(zhǎng)度，鞋子也必須有用金屬材料制成腳背罩。安全長(zhǎng)靴設(shè)計(jì)有多種請(qǐng)按需求采購(gòu)。

Foot protection - safety shoes must be provided with a steel shield at least 0.5mm in thickness covered in front to protect toes. The toe cap must cover at least 30% of the whole length of the shoe. All shoes must be provided with a instep shield made of metal material. There are many types of safety boots available, please order as required.

6. 聽力保護(hù)— 操作者和其他人如暴露在超過 90 分貝的噪音中工作超過 l 小時(shí)必須佩戴適當(dāng)?shù)亩Ｗo(hù)用具，耳塞或耳罩通常是必備用品。

Hearing protection - When exposed to 90 db noise for over 1 hour, operators and others must wear appropriate ear protection devices. Usually, earplugs or earmuffs are necessary.

7. 身體保護(hù)— 防水材料衣服只能保護(hù)操作員不受水沫和飛散的碎片傷害，他們不能阻擋偏斜或直接的高壓水沖擊，因此，操作員在操作時(shí)必須小心不將高壓槍指向自身或周圍其他人員。

Body protection – clothes made of waterproof materials can only guard operators against water foam and flying debris, but not stop deflective or direct impact from high-pressure water, therefore, operators must be careful not to point the high pressure gun at yourself or other persons around during operation.

八 緊急狀況下的醫(yī)學(xué)處理信息Medical Treatment in case of Emergency

當(dāng)操作設(shè)備的時(shí)候, 如發(fā)生意外事件，應(yīng)立即將受傷人員送往醫(yī)院。

Anyone, if injured while the equipment is running, should be sent to the hospital immediately.

九 打開包裝Unpacking

打開外包裝取出高壓清洗機(jī)，根據(jù)裝箱單檢查確定所有的部件是否齊全：

Uncrate the high pressure cleaning machine to check and confirm the completeness of parts according to the packing list:

1. 水機(jī)主體 Main body of the cleaning machine

2. 電源線 （與主機(jī)相連）Power core( connected to the main body)

3. 高壓軟管High pressure hose

4. 槍把Gun handgrip/槍桿 Gun barrel/槍頭 Gun head

十 選購(gòu)配件Selection of Accessories

1. 旋轉(zhuǎn)噴嘴Spinner nozzle

2. 高壓延伸管的長(zhǎng)度從10米到30m米供選擇The length of high pressure extension hose, from 10 m to 30m meters, is optional.

3. 工業(yè)排水道清潔工具 (1前,3后水箭管路清洗噴咀) Cleaning tool for industrial drains (water arrow pipeline cleaning nozzles, 1 for front, 3 for back)

十一 安裝Installation/配置Features

高壓泵主機(jī)的安裝Installation of the main body of the high-pressure pump：

1. 把主機(jī)安放于良好通風(fēng)位置并平坦表面上固定。Place and fix the main body to a well-ventilated and flat surface.

2. 安裝槍桿到槍柄 Fit the gun barrel to the gun handgrip

3. 安裝槍頭到槍桿Fit the gun head to the gun barrel

4. 連接槍柄和高壓軟管 Connect the gun holder to the high-pressure hose

5. 將高壓管接到主機(jī)高壓泵頭出水口端，擰緊水管接頭。需避免車輛輾過高壓管。

Connect the high-pressure hose to the outlet end of the high-pressure pump head on the main body, screw down the hose joint. Avoid vehicles running over the high-pressure hose.

6. 供應(yīng)自來水至主機(jī)，把進(jìn)水管連接到進(jìn)水口。

Supply tap water to the main body by connecting the inlet hose to the water inlet.

7. 連接電源線到3相電源。在連接電源之前，檢查電源電壓和頻率，并與銘牌相對(duì)照，如果電源合適，現(xiàn)在您可以插上插頭。清洗機(jī)必須接在有確實(shí)地線的插座上，加裝一個(gè)另外的安全斷路器（３０毫安）將增加使用者的安全性

Connect the power cord to the 3-phase power supply. Before the power supply is connected, check the supply voltage and frequency, and contrast with the rating plate. If the power supply is suitable, now you can plug in. The cleaning machine must be connected to a socket provided with an earth wire. An additional safety circuit breaker (30 mA) will raise the safety of the user.

8. 按下主機(jī)電源，有2-3秒的自動(dòng)運(yùn)行，即可進(jìn)行操作，用雙手緊握槍把和槍桿把手，按下扳機(jī)開始作業(yè)(初次使用前需將噴咀除下并噴水2-3分鐘以除去系統(tǒng)內(nèi)異物)。

Switch on the power supply to the main body and begin operating after automatic running for 2-3s. With the gun handgrip and gun barrel held firmly by both hands, press down the trigger to start operation (before use for the first time, the pray nozzle should be removed and spray water for 2-3min to remove foreign matters from the system).

9. 在每次停止高壓操作關(guān)掉主機(jī)后，請(qǐng)先扣槍柄扳機(jī)，把系統(tǒng)壓力釋放掉。若需要把配件如進(jìn)水軟管, 高壓管或槍管拆下,請(qǐng)務(wù)必將其接頭清潔干凈然后用干凈的塑料布/袋封好, 以防沙石等異物進(jìn)入, 于再度操作時(shí)損壞水泵,槍把及槍頭。

Each time the high pressure operation is stopped and the main body is switched off, please pull the trigger on the gun handgrip to relieve pressure from the system. If necessary, accessories such as feed-water hoses, high pressure pipes or gun barrel should be removed, making sure that the joint is completely cleaned and sealed with plastic clothing /bag to prevent sand and other foreign matters against ingress, for fear that the water pump, gun handgrip and gun head are damaged when it is operated again.

注意Notes:

1.  確定你的電源是否和電機(jī)需要的電源一致。

Be sure your power supply is consistent with what is needed by the motor.

2. 不要讓機(jī)器在開機(jī)而不按槍扳機(jī)情況下超過l0分鐘(調(diào)壓閥旁通回水)，水箱水溫高會(huì)造成對(duì)水泵填料/密封造成的嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞。

Do not leave the machine running for more than 10 min ten minutes without pulling the gun trigger (backwater passes by the pressure adjusting valve), because too high water temperature can cause serious damage to the pump filling / seal .

3.  首次使用三項(xiàng)電機(jī)應(yīng)檢查項(xiàng)線的連接，要使風(fēng)扇處于順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，確保這項(xiàng)檢查使電機(jī)風(fēng)扇在正確的方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。

The connection of phase wires should be checked when a 3-phase motor is used for the first time, making sure the motor fan rotates clockwise.

4.  當(dāng)用海水作為高壓水機(jī)的水源供應(yīng)的時(shí)候，使用后必須用淡水進(jìn)行沖洗處理, 讓淡水由泵沖出至少10分鐘。(注:當(dāng)使用非淡水為泵介質(zhì)時(shí)會(huì)縮減填料壽命。)

When seawater is used as a source of high-pressure water supply, the machine must be flushed with clear water after each use, making sure the pump was cleaned with fresh water for at least 10 minutes. (Note: When non-fresh water is used as pump media, the service life of fillings will be shorten.)

5.  為避免高壓管和電源線的損害，應(yīng)小心不要讓高壓管摩擦銳利的物品，避免壓迫或擠壓，必須放置妥當(dāng)。

To avoid damage to the high-pressure pipe and power cord, care should be taken to place it securely, preventing the high-pressure pipe from being compressed or squeezed by sharp objects.

6.  請(qǐng)確保進(jìn)水溫度在 60℃（l40"F） 以下。

Be sure the inlet temperature is below 60℃ (l40"F) .

7.  連接進(jìn)水管到進(jìn)水口進(jìn)水管內(nèi)徑必須大于等于１３毫米（１/２英寸），水源必須大于等于清洗機(jī)的

出水差．進(jìn)水深度不得大于６米進(jìn)水壓力不得小于１０巴。

The inner diameter of the inlet pipe connected to the inlet pipe must be greater than or equal to 13 mm (1/2 inch), the water source pressure must be greater than or equal to the outlet pressure of the cleaning machine. The depth of water inlet should be not more than 6M, and the inlet pressure should be not less than 10 bar.

清洗機(jī)只能使用清水，使用未經(jīng)過濾的水或腐蝕性化學(xué)溶劑會(huì)損壞清洗機(jī)。

Only clear water can be used in the cleaning machine, and any unfiltered water or corrosive chemical solvents may cause damage to the cleaning machine.

十二 使用 How to Use

1. 將水龍頭完全打開。Open the water tap completely.

2. 扣動(dòng)扳機(jī)幾秒鐘讓空氣排出以釋放管路內(nèi)的氣壓。

Pull the trigger for a few seconds to release the air pressure inside the pipeline.

3. 保持扣壓扳機(jī)，按動(dòng)開關(guān)，啟動(dòng)電機(jī)。

With the trigger kept pulling down, press the switch to start the motor.

十三 設(shè)備的存放Storage of the Equipment.

1. 關(guān)閉清洗機(jī)Shut down the cleaning machine

2. 關(guān)閉水龍頭Close the water tap

3. 釋放殘余壓力，直到?jīng)]有水從噴頭流出．Release the residual pressure until no water flows out of the nozzle.

4. 卡上扳機(jī)鎖．Lock the trigger

5. 拔出電源插頭。Pull out the plug from the power supply

6. 在冬季應(yīng)使用清洗機(jī)吸入無腐蝕性和劇毒性的防冰液后，再存放。

In winter, the cleaning machine should be stored after sucking in anti-icing fluid free from corrosive and highly toxic.

十四 日常保養(yǎng)檢查Daily Maintenance and Inspection

1. 清洗水機(jī)水箱內(nèi)過濾器。Clean the water tank filter inside the machine.

2. 檢查水泵的油標(biāo)。Check the pump oil pointer

3. 檢查水箱和泵之間的管子內(nèi)的空氣和水泡。Check air and water bubbles inside the pipe between the water tank and the pump.

4．如果有空氣和水泡請(qǐng)擰緊塑料管夾子。If there is air and water bubbles, please tighten the plastic pipe clamp.

5. 檢查高壓管聯(lián)接處是否磨損。Check the high-pressure hose joint for any abrasion.

6. 檢查高壓管有無破損。Check the high-pressure hose for any damage.

7. 檢查電源線是否破損Check the power cord for any damage.

8 潤(rùn)滑Lubrication

8.1 首次使用100小時(shí)應(yīng)更換曲柄軸箱潤(rùn)滑油。其后每使用500小時(shí)應(yīng)更新潤(rùn)滑油。

The crankcase lube oil should be replaced after being used for the first 100 h. Thereafter the lube oil should be replaced every 500 h.

8.2 潤(rùn)滑油的更換Replacement of lube oil:

關(guān)掉主機(jī)。打開曲柄軸箱的六角螺帽(排油口)排除廢棄油，注入新潤(rùn)滑油。通過玻璃窗口觀察，直到加到油箱上面紅色點(diǎn)為止。

注意：廢油會(huì)污染水源與環(huán)境, 請(qǐng)小心處理。

Turn off the main body. Open crankcase hexagonal nut (oil outlet) and remove waste oil, inject the new oil. Observe through a glass window; till lube oil reaches the red point indicated on the oil tank.

Note: waste oil may pollute water source and environment, please handle with care.

9 清潔Cleaning

請(qǐng)使用清水與布進(jìn)行清潔工作, 不可使用強(qiáng)烈化學(xué)劑及高壓水進(jìn)行清洗。

Please use clear water and cloth when carrying out cleaning. Any strong chemical or high-pressure water is forbidden.

請(qǐng)定時(shí)清洗電機(jī)后冷卻扇罩以讓電機(jī)有足夠冷卻氣流通過。

Please regularly clean the cooling fan cover behind the motor to allow adequate cooling air to flow through the motor.

當(dāng)按啟動(dòng)鈕而電機(jī)不運(yùn)行

The motor does not run when pressing down the start button 故障可能出現(xiàn)在電源供給部位。確定電源線正確的連接，檢查電源線有無破損。

在水箱之內(nèi)搖動(dòng)低水位浮球開關(guān)。

Shake the low water level ball tap inside the water tank.

The trouble may be caused by a failure in the power supply. Be sure the power cord is properly connected; check the power cord for any damage.

馬達(dá)有聲音但不啟動(dòng)

A sound can be heard from the motor but it does not start. 電壓太低，缺相，高壓泵阻塞。

Too low voltage, phase loss, high-pressure pump blocked

檢查輸入電壓。

Check the input voltage

檢查電壓連接盒。

Check the voltage connection box

關(guān)掉機(jī)器，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)馬達(dá)風(fēng)葉，如有阻塞，檢查泵。

Switch off the machine, turn the motor fan, and check the pump if blocked

壓力下降和機(jī)器工作不穩(wěn)定。

Pressure drops, the machine runs unstably. 水箱過濾器被阻塞，或者水源供應(yīng)不足。

Blocked tank filter or insufficient water supply.

清理過濾器。Clean up the filter

高壓泵應(yīng)該總是從主機(jī)架水箱供水。

The high-pressure pump should always be fed from the water tank on the main body frame.

當(dāng)放開槍把扳機(jī)后系統(tǒng)壓力還處于高壓狀況

The system pressure remains in the high-pressure state after the trigger on the gun handgrip is released. 調(diào)壓閥出水單向閥門被卡住或有泄漏。

Blocked or leaked outlet one-way valve of the pressure adjusting valve.

清理和檢查調(diào)壓閥出水單向閥門是否被卡住或有泄漏。

Clean up the outlet one-way valve of the pressure adjusting valve and check for blockage or leak.

更換O型圈。

Replace the O-ring.

當(dāng)操作槍把扳機(jī)后系統(tǒng)壓力不能達(dá)到適當(dāng)?shù)墓ぷ鲏毫Α?

The system pressure cannot reach the suitable operating pressure after the trigger on the gun handgrip is operated. 泄漏部位：安全閥，高壓管接頭，槍把，泵內(nèi)有空氣，高壓噴嘴損壞，調(diào)壓卸載閥設(shè)壓不正確或耗損，活塞墊圈耗損。

Leak positions: safety valve, high-pressure pipe fittings, gun handgrip; there is air in the pump; damaged high-pressure nozzle; incorrect or worn  pressure adjusting valve; worn piston gasket.

關(guān)掉機(jī)器。檢查泄漏點(diǎn)，替換噴嘴，重設(shè)壓或進(jìn)行維修，更換活塞墊圈。

Switch off the machine. Check leak points, replace the nozzle, reset the pressure or repair again, replace piston gasket.

啟動(dòng)高壓水機(jī)，壓力達(dá)到約總壓力的 2/3時(shí)，高壓水管發(fā)生劇烈抖動(dòng)。

The high pressure hose shakes violently when the high-pressure cleaning machine starts and the pressure reaches about 2/3 of the total pressure. 在高壓泵進(jìn)/出水閥門中有污物。

There is dirt in the inlet / outlet valve of the high pressure pump.

掉高壓水機(jī)，拆除螺栓和閥門，除去污物并且檢查閥門運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)和閥座結(jié)合是否緊密。

Remove the high-pressure water machine, all the bolts and valves, remove dirt and check the valve and valve seat for tightness when the valve moves.

水泵下面有過多的漏水。

There is excessive water leaked from the pump 墊圈損壞

替換墊圈

噪音過大

Over-high noise level

泵內(nèi)有空氣，一個(gè)或多個(gè)閥門彈簧損壞或彈性不好。在閥門中有其它雜質(zhì)。曲柄軸箱或電機(jī)軸承損壞。

檢查進(jìn)水源壓力，更換彈簧，清理閥門，更換軸承。

There is air in the pump, one or more valves springs are damaged or in bad condition. There are other impurities in the valve. Crankcase or motor bearing are damaged.

Check the pressure on the inlet water source, replace spring, clean up valve, replace bearing.

潤(rùn)滑油中有水

There is water in lube oil 油封損壞。空氣濕度過高(并于曲軸箱內(nèi)產(chǎn)生冷凝作用), 油封損壞。

檢查或更換油封。

Damaged oil seal, caused by too high air humidity (and a condensation happens inside the crankcase).

Check or replace oil seal.

經(jīng)常更換曲柄箱潤(rùn)滑油。

Replace crankcase oil Regularly.

替換密封圈。

Replace seal ring.
